Whitby Wanderings

When my mate Steve texted to say he had got the day off last Monday and would I like to go on a photo recce to Whitby there was only going to be one outcome. I say ‘recce’ because the trip was mainly to check out good locations for sunrise and sunset, neither of which we were actually going to see that day given the time of year and the time constraints that we had (needed to be back for the England/Iceland game – should have stayed for the sunset!) Anyway, we came away with some ideas and in my case at least, aching limbs. If carting photographic gear around in hilly places is supposed to get you fit it clearly doesn’t work in my case.

Anyway, to paraphrase Arnie “We’ll be back” – watch this space.
