Payment Schedule

To secure the booking 100% of the agreed fee is payable by cash or bank transfer at the time of booking.

Ordering of Additional Products

100% of the amount of additional products is payable upon placement of the order.

Copyright

The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 assigns full copyright to Focussing On Photography Ltd. Reproduction or copying of any images or digital files or other published material, either in whole or in part, by any persons or means without a necessary licence to do so, is strictly prohibited under the terms of the Act.

Focussing On Photography Ltd retains the right to display material in any media for the promotion of Focussing On Photography Ltd.

Data Protection

Focussing On Photography Ltd does not store any financial information on it’s website or client database. All client information that is held is strictly confidential and is not made available to any other agency or organisation. Please see the Privacy Policy for more information.

Creative Licence

With regards to photography involving people, Focussing On Photography Ltd shall be granted free creative licence in relation to locations, poses used and judgement on photographic style and the number of photographs taken. We will always endeavour to honour requested photographs, but we cannot guarantee to shoot any specific picture nor use any specific background, location or group arrangement due to changes in the weather, available lighting conditions, availability and willingness of subjects.

Agreement

You are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms upon completion of a contract form and/or commencement of work.

Disclaimer

In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond our control, the liability of Focussing On Photography Ltd shall be limited to a full refund of monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.
