The Couple, Newbiggin by the Sea
This is a sculpture by Sean Henry on the breakwater a few hundred metres off shore. I wanted a minimalist composition, just the couple, the breakwater, sea and sky. I used a neutral density filter to get a shutter speed of thirty seconds to smooth the sea. I was lucky enough to get some nice side lighting too.
