Castlerigg Stone Circle

I love this place, a stone circle dating back to about 3000 BC, with a backdrop that includes Helvellyn and Blencathra. Trouble is, (from a photographers point of view), so do lots of other people. so you have to pick your moment. This was taken late in the evening from a lowish viewpoint as the sky was quite dramatic. Two long exposure shots blended in Photoshop.
